History by the Decade

1931 - 1940


1932-34    "Brother, can you spare a dime?" became the theme song of America's jobless workers. To aid our community's unemployed women, the club participated in Federal Aid workshops, and put on fund raising projects for donations to the needy.

To celbrate our 112th Birthday, we will bring in non-parishable food, school supplies & grocery store gift cards to our November 20th Meeting!
